The projects I've worked on so far have been many and varied, all of them interesting and each with it's quirks. One of them even had a JavaScript/DHTML Easter Egg in at one point, coded to look like a Flash animation - but only because we could you understand... :)
I was a co-founding partner, with Dan Hon (chief designer), in Reflux Design, a new media design business which won one or two quite prestigious contracts in it's short life.
Dynamic, data driven web sites, built on Open Source and Microsoft stacks, fast became a very real speciality and we delivered scalable web solutions to meet the needs of our clients with very positive feedback.
The proof of the coding is in the viewing (or something like that) so if you fancy a peek, here's what I'm either fully or partly responsible for:
- Smiths & Weston (Bath & District Football League side)
- Formac Electronics, Bath
- Liverpool University ELIAS project
- Backstage Technical Services (Bath SU)
- Calday Grange Grammar School Intranet
- Bath University SU Campus Television
Three of these sites are basically front ends to databases; ELIAS sits on MySQL, Calday sits on Microsoft Jet and Backstage required the development of its own customised data management system.
